    Tips

    When trying to lose weight…

    • Drink room temperature water
    • Drink a glass of water 15 to 20 minutes before each meal
    • Take before and after pictures
    • Go grocery shopping with your family to chose the healthy foods you want
    • See if someone would like to join you on your weight loss journey (you could motivate each other)
    • Eat spicy foods
    • Make sure to eat breakfast!!
    • Don’t rush when you eat, take your time. The food is not going anywhere.
