When trying to lose weight…
- Drink room temperature water
- Drink a glass of water 15 to 20 minutes before each meal
- Take before and after pictures
- Go grocery shopping with your family to chose the healthy foods you want
- See if someone would like to join you on your weight loss journey (you could motivate each other)
- Eat spicy foods
- Make sure to eat breakfast!!
- Don’t rush when you eat, take your time. The food is not going anywhere.
